    The doors are beautiful and the technician was fast and efficient. Had 2 overhead doors installed and they are so worth it. Even though we had gotten snow and snowed while he was installing them, he still kept going until he had gotten them done and explained the guarantees to me. Thank you Peter for the excellent job.

    I called for an estimate today, and within a couple hours I had a technician at my house. Jon Seman was the technician who worked with me, and I couldnâ t be happier with his approach, expertise, and demeanor. He was friendly and informative. He had a â no crapâ kind of approach and was very up front and honest about what I could expect from Precision and how it compares to other companies in the area, which was not just a session of talking his company up and badmouthing everyone else. For example, he openly admitted that Iâ d be paying a little more if I went with Precision but also detailed the reasons why and what the cost/benefit analysis was. I was expecting that heâ d try to sell me all of the highest levels of bells and whistles, but I appreciated how he started with really listening to what I was looking for; he didnâ t try to sell me on all of the fanciest features but helped me find what I was in the market to get installed, while also being honest about what the best bang for my buck would be. I would recommend Precision and specifically Jon to anyone who is looking for an honest and up-front approach. Itâ s a good feeling to know that the salesman is more concerned about what I want/need than about his own commission. Thanks, Jon!!!

    Tyler Williams from Precision Garage Door Service installed our Enduring Garage Door and Genie Garage Door Opener today. We were very pleased with the quality of the equipment, the thoroughness of Tyler's installation from beginning to cleanup, and his helpfulness in explaining operation of the equipment. He went above and beyond and would highly recommend Tyler and Precision Garage Doors!
