Elizabeth inspected my new home and was very professional and thorough! All I can say is that she was awesome! I thought I had a good eye for detail, however she put my level of expertise to shame! I would hire her again for sure!!!

Elizabeth communicated well and kept me informed of the process and any changes. I had to reschedule a few days prior and she was flexible. She walked me through the house and pointed out things that could use attention. Took pictures and noted any deficiencies to include in the final report. She is knowledgeable and informed of current code regulations and policies. Elizabeth was kind, nice and kept our safety in mind, wearing a mask for the duration of her visit. Will recommend to others!

Elizabeth was amazingly through. She really saved us from getting a nightmare of a house. She was very friendly and explained everything she found point by point. I would definitely come to her for all future projects.

Elizabeth was very thorough and detailed in her inspection. She took her time throughout our home and took the time to explain some of the bigger issues she was finding so that we could understand what the implications could be down the line. As first time homeowners, Elizabeth provided us with a lot of good information . Her report was very detailed and something we intend to share with our home builder so that we can get the items corrected before our 1 year warranty expires.

The inspection was thorough and detailed. She took her time to look through every detail in the house. I thought the inspection will take 3 hours, it took her almost 6 hours to make sure the work is done with precision. She made sure I am educated about each item she will put in the final report even it took time. Also, Beth background as a scientist added to the inspection process. I told all my friend about Beth and how luck I am to have her inspect my new house.

I have known Beth for a long time and is a very conscientious person. She is totally capable of doing anything she sets her mind to. She has a PhD and does an amazing job as an inspector.
