I used the online contact form and received a call within 15 minutes. We scheduled the service for the next day in a two hour range. Of course, I was surprised when Scott called me at 9:30 and said he would be there at 10:00. He was extremely professional, and immediately made me feel that he knew how to fix my door. After he was finished, quicker than expected, The bill was less than quoted, and my door works better than I could have hoped. Thank you for the quick response, and for the professionalism, and personality of your employees. No hard sell for things I didn't want, and cleaned up any mess that was made. I will definitely be calling again for a new opener, and will recommend your service to anyone that will listen.
