These people were on top of everything. They gave me an outstanding deal with free upgrades, beating all competitors by almost 20%. Customer service was amazing and the work is beautiful. The designer had great input and I'm so happy with the end result

A wonderful experience and my pool resurfacing is beautiful and looks like a brand new pool. The project went quickly and the results were fantastic. Everyone from the sales rep, Tony, the work crew (who worked extraordinarily hard), the scheduler, the follow up person, May, the pool maintenance person, Josh, was terrific. The pool not only got done wonderfully, but they taught me how to maintain it and extend the life of the new surface when it was in. I have all great things to say about Premier and the people who represent the company. It was a completely positive experience and I am so happy that I chose Premier. They are first rate!

The jury is still out regarding customer service,and repairs, the project is almost complete but we are having a problem We can't connect our pool sweep to the pool it no longer fits. We called Premier Pools, Alan Vue, and asked him to follow up on this problem.He did, and a repair man came out to the house within 4 days but he couldn't do anything to fix the problem because he said he didn't have the right tools and he will be back. We. Called Alan back but still no response. When they fix the pool problem and everything is working our ratings may change, the workers, who did the drilling and all the hard labor where great. Pros: Tony at Premier Pools & Spas was a first-class salesman, not high-pressure but very helpful. Winter weather interfered with faster completion of the project, but that wasn't Premier's fault. They seemed diligent and were always accommodating to our sometimes slow decision-making on what we wanted. The pool looks beautiful. Cons: It has taken awhile to get some finishing work done on our pool sweep, which still isn't working a month after the job was completed. They have promised to repair it and we have no reason to doubt that. Clean-up was not a strong point. Lots of concrete and plaster debris left on site.

They did a great job and delivered the finished product on time. I have no complaints.

The pool and spa look beautiful!!! We are very happy with the replastering job. Miquel who did the tile work was wonderful and made the pool tile look better than the original. The chemical pool man, Barrett was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The communication with office staff was not very good and the resurfacing workers showed total disregard to the surrounding landscaping during the job. Would I recommend Premier Pools...... Yes,!!! But I would warn people to watch the work being done around the landscaping and to have the workers clean up their trash.

Premier did a good job with the work and have been able to deliver on their promise to complete the job and make the pool look great. The few minor items that came up along the way were cleared up quickly and courteously. I would recommend them for working on my pool projects in the future.
