My home is on a slope overlooking the canal in Lower Makefield, PA., and five years ago I hired Premier to waterproof a utility room in the lower level, which had water issues whenever we had heavy rain. Sam and his team explained cause of the problem and offered a solution that involved installing a drain and sump pump, etc. His team was professional, efficient and careful of the rest of my home. Within less than a day, the job was finished and the utility room has been dry ever since. For the past few years, I've had a similar problem in my garage - water draining through the walls due to the location of my house. So, I called Sam and Premier again. He was prompt in coming to review the situation and offered a similar solution. His team arrived at 7 this morning and were finished by noon. Another immaculate job! I highly recommend Premier. Sam and his team are complete professionals who clearly identify the cause of the problem and offer a solution -- and in terms that can be understood by a lay person. The Lifetime Warranty is a bonus.

This website defaults to ""Waterproof Inspection" when listing what the project was and doesn't let me enter "Waterproof a Crawl Space or Foundation". Premier Waterproofing was hired to fix the excess moisture and mold problem I had in the crawl space of the house I just purchased. Sam, the owner, showed up within the week to provide me with an estimate and then had his crew arrive the same week to actually do the work. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and honest, which unfortunately is a quality that is hard to find in many contractors today. You can rest assured that you are in good hand's when Sam does an assessment of your property. I also can't say enough good things about the crew! They are efficient, professional and polite. Pablo, the head of the crew, is also extremely knowledgeable and honest. The crew will make sure that they leave your property really clean as well; they remove all debris and trash from the project. The work is impeccable. I highly recommend this company for any waterproofing work you might need done for your crawl space, basement or foundation. You won't be disappointed!

Mike was very responsive before, during and after project. Had two little items that needed attention after completion and they came within days and resolved the issue. We have bad backs and their staff moved everything. They were quick and professional.

They were very good at explaining and doing the job. Every outfit had another approach to sealing our basement crack. I liked how this would be done and the execution matched the plan. Also, there were no issues with broken dates, etc. The price was about the same as competitors.

Fast and clean

Hope it works, has not had a lot of rain to test out the work, but it is guaranteed.

Problem was fixed in a timely manor. Process was just as they explained. No surprises. Would highly recommend.

They are honest and forthcoming in their project assessment. They were patient with us when we could not make a decision on the repair. We're hoping the repair was done thoroughly as we've not had a good soaking rain. But the layers of protection they put in to cover the crack should be a good hold. The only item I had issue with was the re-installation of the outdoor steps. It wobbled/loosened and became a hazard. They did return promptly to fix when I called. They are good people.
