    Tom and his crew were wonderful! I was impressed by him when he first came out to look at what we wanted to do and decided to hire him based upon that first visit. He communicated very well and I always felt that I knew what was happening and when. His prices were excellent and he was there when he said he would be. The group of folks who did the installation were courteous and very respectful of my home. They worked quickly and explained everything they were doing. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

    They did a wonderful job with fixing a partially botched job started by another contractor. Estimate was reasonable and timely, communication was excellent (explained what was going on, explained the creative approach to solving the problems) and workers were courteous, friendly and responsive to our questions. They started and finished the job on time. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends.

    I just bought my condo and had them here to look over my water heater and boiler to educate me around the maintenance of this equipment. The gents arrived on time, were informed and generous with their expertise. I feel good about calling them if I should have any trouble. I also recommended them to others in my building.

    $75 fee charged just to "set foot in the door" plus $75/hour fee, even if worked for 40 minutes. Contractor was professional, friendly, and courteous, but invoice had $150 for 40 minutes of work (75 fee + 75/hour). I was expecting 75 fee to include first half hour and pro-rate the charges ($87.50 total). Even if no pro-rating, I paid $75 for 10 minutes past the 30-minute included charge. Bottom line: job well done, great service, too much money.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
