The owner was great to work with. His installers did very good work in a timely manner and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend John and his crew. The wood floor is beautiful !

Beautiful job!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, work done in a timely manner - started on time, completed in one day less than anticipated. Home was perfectly cleaned afterwards. Very talented company. Would recommend this company to anyone desiring a perfect installation. Excellent.

Overall positive experience. They finished work a day early. Certain areas of the baseboard wasnÂ’t painted and spots on the stairs where it was nailed wasnÂ’t filled...but these are minor issues. They did a great job overall and I would hire them again. John was very transparent in explaining the process and what we could potential uncover once old carpet was removed. So there were no surprises.

John at Presidio Flooring was fantastic. Only a few days before we were due to move into a "new" home, we discovered that the carpets in all three bedrooms were causing severe allergy issues. After looking into several options, we were prepared to resign ourselves to having to wait weeks before getting the carpet replaced with laminate. Then I contacted Home Advisor and quickly got a call from John at Presidio Flooring. He met me at the house with several samples, and two days later all three bedrooms were complete and beautiful, trim installed and painted, and old carpet hauled away. Not only was it fast, it turned out to cost less than if I had gone through Lowes or Home Depot. Thank you, John and Co for giving us such beautiful floors in such a quick and painless way!

From the sale through the installation, Presidio were professional and easy to work with. When finished, they sent a house cleaner to clean the entire house.
