This is the only company that literally charged me $137 service call just to come out and give me a price to repair the spring above my garage door. Although I was the one that told them what the problem was, it does not matter they are going to charge you that fee, but they are going to spin it as we will take $100 of that off of the total bill if you go with us. Lol they overprice the job by $100-150 more than others. Now this company used to be Garage Doors and More. That company changed my springs for $235 installed in 2016 he quoted me $501 when he came out to my house!!!!!!!! I paid him his service fee of $137 and told him no way that was a rip off right there to begin with. I had approximately five companies come out over the last two days. None of them was going to charge me $400 and they did not even charge me that rip off. if you live in the Charlotte area do your due diligence and call many other companies do not pay them the ridiculous fee just to come tell you that your spring is broke... You already know your spring is broke or you would not call them. (Most of these places will even give you the estimate right on the phone. If you can tell them what size bring you have ). The fee is ridiculous and then the price they want after they are already at your house they know they got you!! well I am not broke buddy boy so you did not have me from the get-go! if he would have hit me with a fair price he would have had the job. I asked him if he could do better on the pricing and he was like basically no. Then I was like OK this is where your job ends with me. However people done t forget they do not care they just got you for $137 to drive to your house which he was already in Cornelius like 10 minutes away from me. You do you, but I surely would not call this company again . Oh by the way guys the springs just to purchase them cost to your front door is about $125 for my size, so that means they probably get them cheaper than that. That is how much this company is charging for labor and their appraisal fee lol lol.

The product is very nice and we love the garage floor. The price was right, too! The smell takes a while to dissipate if humidity is low . Drying time was excellent. Our only issue was with the screened porch floor that developed tiny bubbles on the surface as it dried. It took several days and miscommunication about when the repair would be done. When the technician came out he was very nice and completely sanded down the bubbles and recoated the entire surface. Unfortunately, the tiny bubbles developed again within an hour of being recoated. There was no follow-up to my inquiry with the sales rep. We flattened all the bubbles ourselves and that seems to have taken care of the surface. Itâ s a great product, but no one could satisfactorily explain why the bubbles developed on the screen porch floor only except that there must have been some moisture in the concrete. We are very happy with the appearance of the garage and porch!!
