Quick response & fixed my AC in a short time - very appreciated in this hot weather! Professional and knowledgeable rep who also took time to evaluate other issues my system has or may have in the future, giving me some time to plan and budget for. Highly recommend!

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
The complete HVAC system was replaced ~2 years ago. The job performed at the time was very sloppy. Unglued connections, missing traps, poorly secured plenum etc. Prime comfort went over complete system and made multiple repairs. At the end they showed me each repair and explained what they had done. I would hire them again.

I highly recommend Temperature Pro because of Joe Koelbl. My AC started blowing hot on the weekend of course and I thought I was stuck until at least Monday. I made the inquiry very early on Sunday morning. Joe called right away and was making the repair within the hour. The job was completed as quickly as possible and we are now cooling off. Joe Koelbl is a great service manager, very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable. If you need a job done do yourself a favor and call Joe.

Joe Koelbl called me immediately upon submitting my request for an a/c tune-up. It was a Thursday afternoon & Joe was able to setup an appointment for Saturday, 2 days later. He was very proficient & diligent & kept me informed on what he was doing & tips on making my a/c unit run efficiently. He installed a section of our pvc pipe, above the trap that would allow us to clean it out easier & eliminated an annoying vibration that was occurring against the east wall of our home. No additional costs were added from his initial tune-up fee. I would highly recommend Temperature Pro for any of the services they provide. Would also request Joe Koelbl. I look forward to Haines him do my heater tune-up in the fall & other work he recommended at a later time..
