Took weeks not days. Need to hire more reliable people.

They did a great job on the roof, my only concern is they would call and tell me they would be there at a set time but then wouldn't show. They didn't call to let me know they would be late, I would have to call them to find out what was going on. But would recommend them as they did a very good job.

After repeated delays in actually showing up they sent a remodeling subcontractor to build a fence. Work was shoddy in too many ways to describe. Called to have them come back and redo it and they sent the same subcontractor back out who made some minor adjustments that really made no difference. They promised to send another crew to redo it and have made no effort to resolve the problem for almost a week.

Horrible experience. Contracted to replace a wooden fence on 3/24/15. The project was to start within 2 weeks and take 2 days. After 5 weeks of weather, management, and labor delays and virtually no communication, the task began. They took the old fence down and left the lumber on the lawn. They moved the fence line in 4 inches which put our sprinkler heads OUTSIDE the FENCE! This caused a battle with management when they denied their error and said sprinklers were not their problem! The wood was not delivered on time and the installers were constantly late. The front gate they built was totally unacceptible and I insisted it be redone. They put the wood on the back sliding gate leaving a gap of about 4 inches between the gate and the driveway. When I insisted they agreeed to put a "kick board" on the bottom to help resolve the problem. When they finally removed the old fencing, I was left with a large area of dead grass. They left wood scraps, nails, soda cans and bottles in the yard. Even now that they have "finished" after 17 days, I found the spring closure on the front gate was not connected and some wood on the back fence was not nailed down and caught the gate chain causing it to jam.

The job is complete as of about 5 minutes ago, I made the final payment. I would say "buyer beware" to consumers looking into this company. Our first contact with this company was 3/13/15 and hired and paid half of the total on 3/18/15. It is now 5/27/15 and they say they have completed this project. We were told we would get one thing and got something different on the kickboard. The quality the first time in March was very amateur level and Chris came out and promised us it would be corrected. It has taken several attempts to fix the issues and as it stands now the fence is def better but not what I expected from a company that does this as a profession. I have numerous pictures of where there were or are defects. When Jason finally did get involved is when things finally started to improve, however it was about 2 months too late. My husband and I were very patient during the rain, nothing can be done about weather but even in times the weather wasn't bad, there would be days and we wouldn't hear from the company. Bottom line is we went with this company because Dave "sold" us on a fence we wanted. What we got was not exactly that and the damage done to my yard, plants and property were not compensated. They did give us a 10% discount on balance which totaled $124 but I don't feel that was fair compensation for damage and time. There is still trash and cigarette butts on my property that I will now have to clean up. And to add insult to injury as Dave was leaving today with final payment he sat in front of my home finished his water, rolled his car window down and threw his empty bottle in my front yard. This company now has an "inhouse" crew to build fences and not subcontracting so hopefully things will improve because not everyone can get such a bad fence all the time and stay in business. Unfortunately too late for this customer.

Sub-contractors are unsupervised & my fence was built by a 19 year old kid. Sprinkler system was hit (not their fault), but the kid did not report the flooding! My wife found the problem after the water ran for 45 minutes! It took 3 days to fix simple broken pipe. Side yard is still muddy after 2 weeks! Pallet of concrete was in my driveway for a week and the reason there was left over concrete is because only a half a bag was used per pole. Old concrete was not hauled off by the crew. Pickets that were agreed to be replaced have not been replaced. Buyer beware - they lie.

Very nice fence. However they caused damage to my neighbors fence latch even though he offered to unlock it. Also 8 bags of concrete were left sitting in my driveway for a week AFTER they volunteered to come and pick it up. A hardship for me to get it moved into my garage where it's now in the way. Had I not been told it would be picked up I would have made other arrangements BEFORE it sat out in the rain for a week.

The salesman Chris Pennington was great, and followed up with us on the project the entire time. We had some weather delays, but the crew was quick and precise with the install. Only difficulty we encountered was the crew didn't take scrap with them, but the neighbors gladly took it to repair damages to their fence.

They put up a beautiful fence and were very easy to work with. They were very comparable on prices, but their estimate actually gave me better quality materials and a faster timeline than the other companies I got quotes from. I highly recommend them. Joshua was very friendly and I appreciated his expertise and willingness to work with my budget.
