Tech was great and company was responsive; however, I feel that for the work that was done, the cost was too high.

On time and did a good job, but little pricey for the job.

STILL TRYING TO DETERMINE FINALITY OF PROJECT. I'VE PAID AND PROJECT IS NOT FINISHED TO SATISFACTION YET.

I did review the follow-up customer satisfaction call and everything that my administrative assistant and myself understood was that you were waiting for a part to be shipped in. Replaced an old toilet and repaired the supply lines to my Washer, Fred was on-time and very professional, explained everything he was going to do and gave me a fair price to complete it, job was completed in first visit and done very well.
