The company founded by Earl Ronnie Andrews was known as ERA Electric. In 1992, Don Kruse purchased the company and changed the name to Priority 1 Electric. Priority 1 Electric specializes in the repair, maintenance and retrofit market. We offer maintenance contracts on electrical distribution equipment, lighting systems and specialized equipment using state of the art testing equipment. Our predictive maintenance programs have been designed to optimize equipment reliability and performance. To facilitate customer needs and wants, we never close. Our dispatcher answers the telephone directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our electricians are professionally certified and trained to solve all your electrical problems by providing up front pricing and all available options.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin! Besides the fact that this company has some of the most talented Service Advisors on the planet earth, they care enough to try and find every option there can be found to pick from so you can decide. Casey Kruse was our Service Advisor and technician. So professional, so fast and cleaned everything up right after. Even cleaned up some of my own mess. Anyhow, the garage is a safer [place for our kids now and I know I can rely on our hero Casey and Priority 1 Electric. We highly recommend this company!

Technician Casey too time to explain process. To quote, went through the house checking outlets and found many were not grounded (as we expected in our 1959 home). Came back the next day and completed the work. Very professional. Dispatcher Mike also kept me appraised of expected arrival time.

Not on time and technician did not have parts on his truck to replace my outlet even though I was promised on the phone they had full inventories of most common electrical parts in all their trucks.
