Ilai came exactly on time and determined the source of the leak around the toilet. Since the fixture was so old, we decided on a new one. He removed the old plumbing, picked up the new and installed it all in a few hours. Also returned later to seal the base and check for any leaks. Very efficient and helpful and we will definitely contact Pristine in the future.

Anthony was very professional, efficient. and personable. The initial call was for a toilet leak/rebuild, but because of the age and condition of the toilet, we opted to replace that toilet and another one. We are very satisfied with the jobs he did.

My house was built in 1972 and required a total re-piping. In addition we tested positive for asbestos. I paid $700... to have 4 under the sink faucet lines replaced. The job took 1 hour. The parts are cheap. The tech told me their parts are better than at the hardware store (sure). I asked the lady on the phone for their hourly rate. She said they charged by the job. In my case that was job times 4. I felt sorry for the technician. He knew he was totally overcharging me. Never working with this outfit again.
