The price was not the same as what we discussed, and I wish he'd let me know about that before he started working. He did a good job though.
Response by Pro Care Cleaning Services, Inc.: The price per square foot was the same as we discussed. The rugs were larger than she told me in the initial call and estimate.

Brad (owner) was very responsive after I submitted my request through Home Advisor. He was flexible with scheduling and accommodating. When their carpet guy showed up (forgot his name), he went through the house thoroughly to finalize the square feet and understand areas to clean. He helped move furniture and put furniture we couldn't move, on blocks (so it doesn't ruin the bottom of the furniture from cleaner). Cleaner is eco-friendly - we had a newborn so I felt very comfortable. Carpets took about 4-6+ hours to dry depending on the areas. Overall happy with service.
