Reviews
Write a ReviewFinished project looked good. Contractors left the yard and driveway a mess, with chunks of concrete and concrete spillover onto the driveway. Over-estimate and therefore overcharge for materials with refund for overcharge refused.
We had our pool deck and covered patio area resurfaced with the Pro-Crete treatment. The pool deck had some cracks in our old cement that we were trying to repair. The overall job looks very good but you can still see some of the cracks although they aren't as bad as they were - more like an impression now than really a crack. The price seems fair. They did a tile looking treatment on the patio area for the price and didn't charge extra for it and added a matching border around the pool. Looks very nice - a lot better than the old concrete which was hard to keep clean. The guys were all very nice and took good care of our property.
Project started in December. Never properly completed. Put off time after time. "Stain" on drive way has continued to come off. Very poor. We have had countlees promises, that have not been done. I would not reccomend!
Absolutely awesome job, Even when the rain held us up for a bit, they were in constant contact with me about the job. Once the weather broke they kept me informed with what they were doing each day. Couldn't be happier with the work, I would highly recommend them!
Initial rating of .83 led to request to reconsider. Huge delay between agreeing to the work and its beginning. Repeated failure to return phone calls. Contractor says delays, subcontracted work (he performed little of it) resulted from death of grandmother resulting in getting behind in work- info given only at last contact. It may take several years in such projects to know if work holds up. Maybe my experience is not typical. Consider in light of all reviews of previous work.
It is very unpleasing to know you would only give a 2.17 after a death in the family and your driveway turned out beautiful it just goes to show you cant please eveyone and these reviews are real having said that as you enjoy your driveway for many years to come please do not call us for any other jobs we pray for you god bless
The work that was completed was done quite well. There was some finish work (i.e. trim, grout sealing, and some tile finish pieces) that was to be done. I ended up paying another contractor to do the finish work. Overall, they did well. They just need to be more organized about doing the work (i.e. sticking with the original plan, staying on schedule for completing work and cleaning up behind their work.) After all, it is your home!!
Jeff and Kevin coated our garage floor. When the house was built 12 years ago, a sealer was put on the floor. The guys had to come back a number of times to "treat" the floor to remove the old sealant, and then grind the remaining sealant off manually. The project ended up being much more extensive than they had anticipated, but they did it joyfully. These guys have a lot of integrity and do the job right. In the end, the floor looks fantastic. They did a great job!
Great Service
Thanks so much looking forward to doing your driveway
Procrete & tile were very timely in getting back to me & starting the project. They did a great job.
Great people to work with.
