He did the job on time, was courteous...the job was fairly clean. He did not bother to match the boards when installing, we ended up with a board that is much lighter (stained) in the middle of the room, in the most visible place. It also has an uggly knot. It should have been installed behind the sofa or bed. Now we have to either replace that board, or try to re-stain it in place.
