George and his kids were great. They walked us through the whole process, brought all of his qualification and samples. He replaced our bay window, they were clean, professional, and fast. His quote compared to others including quality of materials could not have been better. They went above and beyond to say the least. We are extremely pleased and recommend them to any one who is doing doors or windows.

Company and employees professional and courteous. Installed three exterior doors and four storm doors. The workers were knowledgable and answered any questions we had. Their work was flawless and when they were done they left the property spotless. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

George Williams, the owner of the company, gave us an exhaustive explanation of options, pricing, etc. Since he is not a subcontractor like you get with Home Depot, he is the one you deal with if there is a problem - no vendors/contractors pointing fingers at each other. He sources his doors from a high quality manufacturer in OH, and then does the installation. The installers (I think at least one was his son) did a terrific job. The door looks beautiful!! They went way beyond the quality of the Home Depot installers. Very nice guys. Even gave us a bottle of touch-up paint - nothing that Home Depot installers thought of. These are true professionals. They will definitely get my business in the future!!

It's not easy finding a reliable contractor these days, as I'm sure everyone knows, but finding one that shows up on time, does an impeccable job, cleans up when they are done and communicates with you through the whole process is unheard of. George and all his guys were top notch. I had them replace all the windows in 2 apartments and a basement in one of my rental properties and they did a great job. They were also very polite to my tenants. I would highly recommend calling Pro Entry before anyone else. Thanks guys!

Fantastic job, we love it. We had a few prior quotes but Pro Entry Installs won us over easily with their confidence, knowledge, professionalism, expertise and quality. The very polite, well mannered crew are hard workers and dependable. They corrected and repaired any issues as they arrived and kept to the original quote. We are very happy with the job Pro Entry does and would highly recommend if you want a quality job at a very decent value. I look forward to the next project with the sunroom sliders!!!
