I don't recall the name of the young man that did the work for me because it was almost a year ago. But, he did an awesome job. We had the carpets cleaned, the sofa cleaned, and out kitchen tile cleaned and grout sealed. It would have been nice if it was less costly, but could never complain about the job he did.

I paid more for the cleaning and spot removal in this little apt. than I did in a 3600 sq.ft. house, and I could've done better myself. He spent 15 min. total for over $200. I don't recommend this company.

The lady I spoke to twice- I think her name was Crystal - was a little brusque and seemed not to want my business. But the person they sent to give me an estimate and to do the cleaning - David - was extremely respectful and mindful of my home while cleaning. The cleaning itself was above satisfaction. Overall, a good experience.

I understand that I bought the the sofa 🛋 used, but they could have done a better job than that. The sofa looked just as dirty as the day I purchased it I was not pleased 👎🏽😢

They quoted 800 but sent a bill for 2400 more. They began by moving furniture and suctioning carpet but didn't try to extract the water from the carpet pad! Instead ran two fans. After a week, they said that a de-humidifier was needed. De-humidifier set to work but didn't take up any more water. Over two weeks later, our carpeting is still wet! Very unprofessional.
Response by ProSteam Carpet Care, LLC: Hi this review is absolutely not accurate we quoted you the $800 for the work that needed to be done but that did not include the fans or the dehumidifier that was needed to dry the carpet out. You refused the dehumidifier the first day we were there and then also turned our fans off that we had at your home for the weekend. So that is why your carpet did not dry as fast as it should of. We did everything we could to make you happy and to get this job done correctly, but you would not allow us to do our job. We did tell you that the fans had a daily rental fee as did the dehumidifier. Again we did everything we could to please you then you re
