Joe took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also gave me information about my wood stove that I hadn't previously known. The business was responsive, arrived on schedule, used high quality parts, was efficient in their work. All in all a good experience--and they supply a great, transferrable warranty on their work.

We just bought a new home and there were a few things that came up on the inspection report so we got a few different companies to come out to give us estimates, Pro-Tech chimney stuck out to us as they were using better materials with a warranty for a cheaper price, so naturally we went with them, and I have to say we are extremely happy we did as everything they said they would do they did and then some would highly recommend and I will continue to use them every year to get my chimney cleaned thanks again guys you guys are wonderful.
