I hired them to clean my sofa and they came to do the work. Then after the fact I realized they had not applied a stain resistant treatment. When I called to inquire they said that would cost extra. The extra was expensive and they should have been upfront and told me this in the beginning.

From the notes it appears that when she spoke with you there was discussion regarding protector for your sofa. The notes read that Barbara offered you a 10% discount as an apology for not asking you if you would like to have protector applied. We then returned and applied protector at that discounted rate and provided you with a One-Year Spot Free Warranty for that piece of upholstery. Again, my most sincere apologies that you were unhappy with our service. I invite you to call me directly the next time that you are in need of cleaning and I will personally facilitate your job. All appts were kept as scheduled. Although I was given a 10-12 window, I received a call before 10 to advise that they'd be at my house around 10:30'sh and they were.

They're more expensive than other rug cleaners but that being said, it was worth every penny from start to finish. We'll use them every time we need our rugs cleaned...for sure.
