Hi, my name is Amy Prihoda and together with my brother we own and operate Professional Restoration Systems which is a family-owned and operated firm serving the Connecticut area since 1987. Together with our sister Company Professional Carpet Systems we have been providing home owners and businesses with first class service and healthy indoor environments. Over the last 30 years in business we have developed a stellar reputation as the "problem solver". Our unique company makeup puts us in a position that truly sets us apart from our competition. We are regularly consulted by some of the areas most respected realtors, agents, flooring retailers, and interior designers when they have a project that is unusual or very delicate in nature. Of course, they call us for the regular stuff too but they know if it's a quirky problem there is only one call to make...to the professionals at Professional Restoration Systems.

I hired them to clean my sofa and they came to do the work. Then after the fact I realized they had not applied a stain resistant treatment. When I called to inquire they said that would cost extra. The extra was expensive and they should have been upfront and told me this in the beginning.

I have reviewed your file and found that Barbara in our office had called you the day after the cleaning of your upholstery. From the notes it appears that when she spoke with you there was discussion regarding protector for your sofa. The notes read that Barbara offered you a 10% discount as an apology for not asking you if you would like to have protector applied. We then returned and applied protector at that discounted rate and provided you with a One-Year Spot Free Warranty for that piece of upholstery. Again, my most sincere apologies that you were unhappy with our service. I invite you to call me directly the next time that you are in need of cleaning and I will personally facilitate your job. All appts were kept as scheduled. Although I was given a 10-12 window, I received a call before 10 to advise that they'd be at my house around 10:30'sh and they were.

They're more expensive than other rug cleaners but that being said, it was worth every penny from start to finish. We'll use them every time we need our rugs cleaned...for sure.
