    I hired Proficient Patios in December to do an outdoor project. These guys recently completed the project a few weeks back, and I just wanted to say thank you. The service we received from Jessica and her team, was a 10. They were always on time, worked hard and got the job done to my satsifaction. They exceeded my expectations and just did a wonderful job.

    I had an awning put up by Proficient Patios. Happy with how the experience went. Keith and his crew were able to complete the project in just a few days. The service was quick, but not rushed. Happy with how it went. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again

    It took 10 months to finish the job and the quality is still not there. Customer service is nonexistent and the owners are the problem. Overpriced, poor quality, poor service. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere!

    The service was done right, we had them do some patio cover work and an outside kitchen while we were out of state for most of the time. They gave updates often and we're very happy with the end result. We wouldn't second guess in hiring the company again.

    On the first day when the head of the project asked me if they were covering the whole pool deck and I said yes; I knew there was an issue brewing. Wrong measurements were submitted. Increased price by $3,000.

    A neighbor, who had a beautiful large patio area done by Proficient Patios, recommended them. My project, although much more modest, was done well and as advertised. Although, due to the pandemic, there was a delay in obtaining materials, they communicated well and kept me informed. The salesman, Robert, and the workmen were very nice. They were very respectful of my need for masking and social distancing. I'm very pleased with the results which included a concrete patio and a simple patio cover with a tile border. Just what I was hoping for!

    I had Matthew come over and he design an area for my yard, it looked good in picture, he explained what was going to happen , but after signing contract I was informed a few days later it was going to be a month before they could start, So I called to CANCEL but he went back and fort with me saying he would have it done sooner , well I felt like it was a hassle with the crew when they came to o the work, got a few pissy remarks when I had questions for them, the yard didn't come out as I had thought, they put a sprinkler clock in the back year under a window so low you cant get to it, rather connecting to the one in the garage where it should be...I find them to have been lazy to look for wired to do it correctly, then the anchors to hold bender board down was not properly done and they sit up sign in some areas where my dogs toes can get caught on them, they set sprinkler wrong to where it cost me a $300 water bill, rather 3 times a day it was set 7 times a day 7 days a week !! Sod is dying and I have been emailing to when they were going to fix that , they were to be back for a 30 check and its been longer than the 30 days check again with consistent emails to them ...just very disappointed in the work for $7000 !!!!!

    A LOT of communication issues. I am satisfied with my patio shade structure. What I am not satisfied with is my landscaping. The sales guy told me that I would get to meet with a "Landscape Designer" to talk about the plants that would go with my aesthetic. I never had a meeting with a Landscape Designer. I received a call on a Friday to tell me the landscapers would be there on Monday from the scheduler. I told the scheduler that I never met with a Landscape designer so how would they know what kind of plants to install? I asked if I could speak to a landscape designer and the scheduler told me he did not speak English and to tell the scheduler what I wanted. I told the scheduler I want Pampa Grass. On Monday, the landscape crew came and just did the demolition portion. I got home to find all the demo material left on the street in front of my house which is an HOA violation. I called and they said that they would be back the next day. Through a conversation, they told me that they do not use weed blocking cover and it was not in my contract so if I wanted weed block, Id have to install it myself and the Landscape Crew would cut through it to plant. My husband and I had to get material and cover our back yard that evening. On Tuesday the landscapers came back with the plants which they did not bring Pampas Grass. Through a translator, the Landscape foreman said they had to pull up all the weed block that my husband and I had laid the night before. After lots of back and forth they finally agreed to cut through like I was they would do. They even laid additional weed block over the spots we missed due to running out of material. I inquire to the landscape crew saying "I was told you guys did not do weed block." They replied "Sometimes they do". The landscapers ran out of rock and said they would be back later with more. When the scheduler called me to schedule the city inspection for my shad structure, I asked when the landscapers were coming back with more rock. They said my contract was for 3 tons and I was delivered 3 tons so if I wanted more, Id have to pay for it. I told them I didn't think I should have to pay for extra rock since the estimator errored. The sales guy called me back and said that sometimes that happens and that I need another ton of rock (so my job was underestimated by 25%). I don't think it is going to take a full ton of rock. It is literally a tiny patch. After all the aggravation (no landscape designer, no Pampas Grass, the weed block problem, the hoa violation...) they can't give me a little bit more rock?! Wow! I expressed this to the sales guy and he didn't budge on me having to pay for more rock. I told them never mind, I would just buy 1/4 ton and do it myself. Very disappointing.

    I do not know why you would stake your company reputation by recommending this company. This has been by far the worst construction night mare ever. I will be taking them to small claims court. They started the project 2 months ago and still have not completed, they have my back yard tore up and now they telling me another 2 weeks before they even have the materials. I specifically asked them not to start the project until they have all the materials secured. Do yourself a favor and do not recommend this company ever again. Makes me question your company ethics??

    Still waiting for install, but everything so far, it great. They keep me informed as to dates of install and are willing to work with me if for some reason I need to shift the install date.
