From the beginning the project was marked by mistakes, poor workmanship and failure to complete in a timely manner. Ilya and Pavel were combative, denied responsibility and were generally unpleasant to work with. Miday through the project it became apparent that they would not be able to complete it with quality, so I agreed to pay them to NOT do some of the finish work (kitchen counter top and flooring) we had contracted for. Later after a month waiting for drywall and paint and continued mistakes I fired them. But rather than rely on a negative write-up I will let these pictures of their handiwork speak for them.

Mr. Ilya Fedulov is a very capable project manager who has delivered the project according to the plan and our needs. He is very pleasant and maintains a very good communication throughout the project. Mr. Ilya is always available for our questions and readily provides his valuable input for our project. Mr. Ilya is a first class person and he treats us as such. My wife and I feel fortunate that we have him doing our family room. We now have a beautiful family room for our grandchildren.
