ProLift Garage Doors is a top-notch company! When my garage door opener started to open and close randomly, I searched Angi for a local company. ProLift responded quickly and scheduled my replacement within a day. Grant, the technician, was prompt, friendly, and efficient! He removed the nearly 20-year-old opener, installed the new one, and cleaned up within 90 minutes. He even took the time to pair my additional remotes. Outstanding service at a competitive price!

Grant, from Prolift Garage Doors of Indianapolis, was friendly, very professional, he called with arrival time estimates, arrived when he said he would and he did a very thorough job and neat job. He went over what he did and showed me what I needed to know for ongoing use. I recommend both Grant and Prolift.

I had reached out to ProLift garage doors to do a panel replacement since I backed into the garage door. I made it very clear that I'd like ProLift garage doors to ensure that the color would match, and they assured me they would. The came and replaced the panel and then realized that the color did not match the rest of the doors. Then they came back in two weeks to with 4 new panels to ensure a color match (for the original price of one panel) which I appreciated. Then they realized the top panel was different and the window trim does not fit. Then they came back again in a week or so to replace the top panel and they did not have a window trim. Then they came back yet again to install the window trim and it is a totally different color. I reached out to Tom (owner) via text (pictures attached) and he said there's nothing he can do. I have offered alternative solutions and called/texted him and he is not responding. They're pretty pricey and seem okay until there's a problem. It shouldn't take four trips to replace one panel and it's still not done correctly. If you have a really simple job, I'd give it to them if it's more complicated I'd find someone else who doesn't leave when the job is 90% complete. I can probably spray paint the trim brown, but I shouldn't have to do that after $900 and 4 separate days off of work.
Shayan, first of all I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations, which is our primary goal here at ProLift. Next, we agree with you about how frustrating it is that the door manufacturer made a slight change of the color of your door and made slight design changes between 2019 and 2023 and you have two doors now that are now slightly different. All of this is because of three things: 1) you damaged your door. 2) the manufacturer changed how they make that model door. 3) the sun can change the look of things over time. Again, we agree with you in how that is not ideal. However, I would like to point out that it is in no way the fault of ProLift Garage Doors that the door manufacturer slightly changed their design and color of your walnut door and window inserts. Plus, as mentioned above, your doors have been in the sun since 2019 so even if the colors and design were exactly the same, the doors wouldnt perfectly match from one door to the next. With all due respect, we dont design and make the doors, we sell and install them and we were reassured by our manufacturer that the new door panel would match. Then it didnt. As you mentioned, we replaced all 4 sections (in partnership with our manufacturer) because of the difference in the bottom panel to the rest of the door. Which we did for free. Then the inserts werent ready because they had to make a special run with the old design just for you, but with the current color plastic they have today. So your inserts were on back-order. Once they got them done, they are a different brown than your other door from 2019. Again, not ProLifts fault and the manufacturer is doing the best they can to help. We have offered to paint those for you but only if you pick out the paint. To be honest, because youre particular and we respect that, thats why we want you to choose the paint. We had yet to hear your response, until your posted review. As for personnel not responding to you, or not taking your suggestions, Id happily discuss that with you but I wont continue do that here.
