The material estimate was off by 300%. I was told 2 people would be performing the work. I only had 2 people for 1 day (out of 4). The actual quality of the work is very good! But there estimator and business in general is lacking in communication and ensuring the client understands what their business does provide vs what is considered the norm with most construction business.

It was good. The estimator was very helpful. The repair professional was a little late but I called the office and was assured he would be here as soon as possible.

Everything went well. Addressed a long-standing issue effectively and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again. Nothing exceptional, but we didn’t need that. Minor language barrier but not prohibitive.

Project: Repair Drywall
The workmanship was very good but the scheduling was a nightmare. We were scheduled from 3-6 pm but got a text at 11:15am that the worker was coming at 11:45 am. We had to cancel because of work conflicts - we were not expecting the work until the afternoon. We had to wait another two weeks to get rescheduled and then the communication was sparse and not accurate. For day one of the two day project, the worker showed up on time but we did not get a notice until after he arrived and it listed a time 40 mins after his arrival. The next day, once again we expected the worker to come in the afternoon and he showed up without any notice in the morning. Fortunately my husband was home to get the work done.

Pronto Home Repairs were very impressive. The estimator was on time with clearly stated pricing. They scheduled my fence repair quickly, staying in touch by text and email. The carpenter who did the repairs was also on time, clearly skilled and finished when he said. More companies should work like this! I will use them again.
