They have to pay back the money, they did not color for the part of my deck. for only 8 hrs they charged me 2000 dollars. They never included what I thought I was paying for. I am asking for him to pay me back 300 dollars for the columns he paint and 200 for the mud he pushed into the garage, also another 200 that he charged my credit card for parts he could not reach and left. This is not way to do it.

Two outdoor tasks: replace a fence post and repair an exterior door trim. Fence post went fine, but the door trim went south because it started to rain heavily. Rather then stop they rushed to finish leaving a mess. Paint washed off the wood and onto the concrete below. The bondo section that was applied has pulled away from the surrounding wood and is still putty-like a week later. I was reasonable and polite when requesting that they fix it a few days after the initial work was completed. They were apologetic, appreciative of my understanding and commited to sending the tech out to correct the issues. They even gave me multiple reminders of the pending work along with a time window on the day of. That never happened and they've ghosted me ever since. It just makes no sense at all.

Very unprofessional. They kept rescheduling, telling me different times and dates that they would definitely be there and no one ever would show up or call.UPDATE; 01/11/2021: They refunded me, but service was still lacking.

The project manager and both teams that were used were solid. After experiencing some issues with the first team's work, they immediately sent out their best man, and fixed any concerns I had. And actually, it took all of his skills to find and implement the solution, which I've tried to previously fix with other companies. Well satisfied with the end results and they were a pleasure to work with.

The two gentlemen who came out were prompt, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. It took them about 90 minutes to the job and everything was done perfectly.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
