Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Wouldn?t use even as a last resort. He prolonged the project by a week, then was frustrated when I couldn?t complete the walk through when he wanted to. Figured if he could drag the project out and make me wait for a week, he could deal with a few days since I live out of town and need to plan my visits ahead. Then, he subcontracted the project to some of his guys. I don?t have a problem with that, but they did a sloppy job. Again, no biggie, just fix it. So when asked to fix those areas before getting the remaining balance, he got upset with me and didn?t want to fix them. He eventually did, but not without a string of headaches in between.
Response by Property Protectors TBC, LLC: This customer requested that we spot paint opposed to painting the entire room or an entire wall once noticing that there was no contrast and the wall weird looking blotchy, and she was told they would she wanted us-2 paint the entire apartment for the same price impossible got upset and became belligerent did not pay us

Project: Hire a Handyman
I hired Ernest and his son to do some kitchen and bathroom rehab work. For the kitchen they replaced the sink cabinet along with the countertop and installed a new sink and faucet. They also replaced the drywall behind the sink because it had some water damage. They worked hard each day and didn't stop until the job was done. Ernest is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good value for the price.

Project: Hire a Handyman
My flushing assembly went out on my upstairs toilet. Being of an age, 77 years old, where I no longer felt physically up to house maintenance. I called your agency for handyman service, since I wanted also to put another ceiling fan in my master bedroom, put in some smoke detectors and change a faulty thermostat. In my opinion, this contractor should be barred from working on anyone's house or apartment. First off the company was about a half-hour late. The Gentleman that showed up was pleasant enough, he and I engaged in small talk while we discussed the price for the handyman repairs I needed. The repairman and I settled on a price of $160.00 for the repairs. Broken down as follows: $65.00 for repair to toilet assembly; $45.00 to replace ceiling fan; and $25,00 each for the thermostat replacement and repair and the smoke detectors. At first, the gentleman informed me that he would probably be unable to do the repairs on that Thursday, November 10, 2016. Then he, I guess, changed his mind and he got on the phone to have his son come over to assist him. About a half-hour later his son showed up to assist him. In the meantime, I had to entertain him while he waited for his son. Finally, the son showed up and was assigned the tasks of replacing and repairing the thermostats and the ceiling fan. The alleged father was to repair the toilet assembly and screw in the smoke and oxygen detectors. The theromstat repair took an inordinate amount of time about an hour where I Had replaced the one being replaced in about 15 minutes. But the thermostat had been replaced which was my only concern. The son began to ceiling fan replacement and his dad screwed in the smoke detectors and began his assault and I do mean assault upon my toilet tank. The father allegedly repaired the toilet then stood around, at least 30 minutes, while his son worked on the ceiling fan. Upon repairing the ceiling fan both contractors departed Because the day was moderately warm, I paid little attention to my house heat and the toilet in the washroom. I had to do some errands and when I returned home, I noticed my house was getting colder since my house heat had been fine before the thermostat replacement, I checked the thermostat. It was set on automatic and heat to 75 degrees, but a check of my vent showed they were blowing COLD air. Then I also noticed that the alleged repaired toilet tank was leaking water. I called Property Protectors about the problems, the person I talked to was supposed to send the son over to check out the problems, He showed up after 12;00 pm on Friday. Because the new thermostat was defective out of the box, I was forced to abandon my house on Thursday night because it was too cold for habitation at my age. The son arrived on Friday he did not check or even look at the thermostat, he began to check my furnace to see if it was the cause of the lack of heat in my house. Finally, he said the problem resided in the furnace and he left.
Response by Property Protectors TBC, LLC: First of all with this customer we did not arrive late, we arrived on time 30 minutes early .secondly I was not scheduled to do a job for this gentleman at all. only to give him a proposed price. For the work he was requesting after he was going on and on about helping an old man out and him not wanting to pay we help he but this guy was unreasonable and he's running a scam asking people to come and repair things and he's taking them back apart and accusing them of not doing a proper job and using his age AZ 2 y he's always being mistreated yet while we with their continued to say help an old man out I can't get this stuff done and things like that and for $160 that he would not pay he wants to sue for something that he took apart not me unreasonable and to show that this gentleman is unreasonable is the fact that his toilet is leaking from the bottom which suggests that he needs a wax ring which I advised him the back part of his toilet Hardware was replaced this gentleman was trying to fix the thermostat and his toitoilet on his own not knowing what he was doing he continue this Behavior even while we were trying to repair his items we went back but. He would not allow us to correct anything he believes was not finished one of the workers have went by his house 2 times the man also bounced a check to the company he never made any payments for what you requested along with the fact he attempted to fix these items himself and something has gone wrong with them, I have pictures of what I do

If the work done did not solve the problem and I stated that, the job should be done again; after all, I hired experts. If the problem could not be solved, some or all the money I paid should be refunded to me.
