We have used PMGS twice now and they have quite literally saved my life. I was suffering from mold toxicity in our current home and they abated and got rid of it and even treated a 2nd time before the warranty was up just for good measure. We used them again for mold testing and abatement on a home we are in contract to purchase. They are fast, reliable and have awesome customer service. I wouldn't trust anyone else for mold testing and removal.

Hi Barbara, I'm sorry you feel the services rendered didn't meet your expectations. I'm arranging for a full refund for services rendered. Your request for services was to have proof to your landlord of mold and resulting damage from a roof leak in the home you're renting. To prove there is a mold issue requiring remediation services usually requires mold testing, which you declined due to the cost. From our conversation, you dispute my claim of offering testing as an option. I did mention to you that an inspection was still an option, as I'm a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI). With an inspection, a report can be generated that would (photo) document any mycelium (mold staining) and any water damage (your garage ceiling caving in). This report was generated for you, and you graciously declined the discount offered, as I was reminded you were a widow of a veteran and a senior. I'm sorry if the report didn't meet your expectations. Again, I'm arranging for a refund for services rendered and wish you the best in pursuit of getting sufficient proof. Feel free to contact us through Angi's if you would like to take me up on my offer to discount air testing
