Came in and gave a great estimate. Put down a deposit of $2000 for a 5500 dollars job. And when the time arrived to do the work he was a no show. 8 months later and I did not get my deposit back

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
This company took my deposit and never showed up to do the work. I signed a contract on 8/25 with a 2-3 week wait. Still no work on Dec. 7 after multiple attempts to work with contractor I asked for my deposit to be returned. Now he will not refund deposit or return correspondence. Update 1/1/2021 contractor has agreed to pay deposit back.

Seemed disorganized but very nice owner, the weather was a factor but generally, I had to call to see what was happening in the beginning.... my concrete slab was put in without inspection or a permit which I paid for. He advised he would get them done but still waiting.

I gave them a 5 because with all the challenges in the middle of the pandemic Doug is a man of integrity, loosing his main excavator, and still put a team together to do the job before my mothers birthday, he is very respectful and honest. Miko who took over all the headaches and challenges was an amazing guy with a great attitude, worked late hours made sure all the work got done in time.
