Rob went above and beyond to get the job done. Will use his service again and would recommend to others. Put up with all the changes and problems with a very old house. Job well done. Only delay was due to problem with delivery for something I ordered.

This guy is a thief! Would NOT recommend! He ran off with our $7k deposit for a bathroom remodel. We haven't seen him since. - I've texted him almost every month since last Dec.2020. He was paid in October 2020.¹ï¸

We have scheduled with you to start your project and you decided to back out of our contract after our 30-day policy. We are not the ones to not start and complete a project. Note all the reviews we have had before yours. When we are hired to do a job and then told month over a month no need to start ASAP and then you cancel everything a week before the start date, we are not a funnel for your money to be held and returned.

We hired Rob and his team to prepare our son's home for sale. The house was well worn because of a large dog who did significant damage. We wanted the home painted, wood work repaired, carpet replace, doors replace and bathroom work done in a short time frame. Rob and team were fantastic and not only met our short turn around time, but did a wonderful job and was super easy to work with. We highly recommend their work.

  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
