RDU Raymond Handyman Service

Mr. Garcia did not provide a quote until he was 10 mins away from our home in N. Raleigh from his location in Clayton. When we reviewed the quote, we determined it was more than we could pay for a kitchen faucet install. He insisted on coming into our home to look at the job since he made the trip all the way to our home. Then he proceeded to install the kitchen faucet without our greenlight. When we asked him about the price, he said he could lower the lower it by $25. Space we agreed to allow him to continue installing the faucet. Space it was only later we realize that he did not install the faucet as it is designed to be touchless. When we reached out to him to let him know, he informed us that it would be an additional $50 for him to come back to install the touchless feature. We were very disappointed at his lack of communication prior to coming to our home in regards to providing a quote and then not installing the full features of the faucet without notifying us. We will never hire this man again or recommend him to anyone else.

Raymond and the people he hired did a fantastic job on our floors. Communication was great with getting the appliances we needed for the job. Whenever we need work done on our house Raymond and his guys are our go to guys. The price is affordable and the personalities are great. I can go on and on about Raymond and his guys, but to be honest out of all the people my husband and I hired to do work on our home Raymond and his guys has been the only loyal, honest and very professional workers we have met since we bought our home. Raymond has fixed, and still is fixing some of the bad work that was done on our home by previous handymen. My husband and I are grateful for him.

Ray did a great job of making contact, performing an informal estimate and getting started on the job quickly. Before any surprises, Ray was quick to point out items that could not have been found until some of the old material was removed and promptly notified me before proceeding. The final product was great.
