Rich called me and when I told him problem, he knew exactly what it was and explained it to me and what he would do to repair. He was able to come out on Saturday, as I work full time. He resolved the issue of water accumulating in bottom of fridge and bins, ice had been accumulating. Balance/pitched the refrigerator correctly. He did indicate up front that he is currently cash only, which I appreciated. He was very courteous, cleaned up, pleasant. Only negative is he did not give receipt on site, and was a bit slow in emailing to me.
