I found Eric to be very professional and informative in our initial meeting, I received two other bids on this project, but my impression of Eric was the deciding issue, not price! Later Eric and his partner came to our home to remove the old insulation and and when they left, the area was pristine. When the foam was installed, I found Eric's installer not only professional with the product but also he displayed concern for my wife's comfort as she is presently having health issues and he checked a couple of times to be sure all was well. Again the work site was left in pristine condition. I have to say "5 stars" are probably not sufficient to evaluate this company and its people from the partners to the installers. Highly recommend R & L Insulating.
