I'm really not sure about the value of the service (I think it was good) but they were courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. They came the same day I called even though it was on a Monday on a nearly 100 degree day. What I thought was a lack of coolant turned out to be a bad capacitor that they replaced quickly.

They were very prompt, called before they were scheduled to come- were about 1/2 hr early, which I welcomed. I had two technicians troubleshooting the A/C- a high rise central A/C (2 other companies I called did not service these kind of units). They quickly found the problem, had all tools with them and worked quickly and efficiently. They were available for an appointment within 24 hours, and didn't have a 4 hour window, but 2 hour appointment window which I appreciate too. The initial charge for appointment and diagnostics is higher than most, also, the charge is for coming out there, there is no deductions for work performed within the first hour. So any additional work is charged by the item worked on. The technicians were courteous, friendly and professional and worked quickly-no time wasted.
