R.S. Andrews fixed my two AC units other services could not. The tech was Marvin D. and he was prompt, thorough, professional and very capable. They came out same days as called and worked late to resolve my AC issues. I would highly recommend.

Gary came out to give me a second opinion on the necessity of replacing my air conditioning unit. The other company's tech spent about 10 minutes with me and charged me $88! Gary spent nearly an hour, trying every possible scenario to avoid my having to replace the unit; unfortunately, they all failed. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism and honesty (all at NO CHARGE for the 2nd opinion!), that I hired them to replace the unit and furnace.

Very sociable and friendly on-call repairman, could tell that he genuinely loved what he did and he went out of his way to explain important things to review for the future. Although I could have fixed this myself, R.S. Andrews has proven to me that I can trust them to do just as good of a job as myself, if not much better. Cost was a little high ($240 including a capacitor for my furnace), but then again they had the part in the truck ready to go, and it was fixed within minutes. I like to think of it as a convenience factor. They also came the same day I called them, so great people to call for emergencies, that's for sure. If money isn't the biggest factor, go with R.S. Andrews. They were great to work with and had a very knowledgeable staff. No BSing, trying to make you buy stuff you don't need. Straight to the point.

Robb the technician did a great job. He found the problem quickly and had my air conditioners up and running again in about 30 minutes. While the house was cooling he finished his inspection, finding no other problems.
