Noelle was very personable and knew what she was doing. This was the first time for her so we can go over some of the things I want done the next time she comes. It is difficult to rate the above items when she was only here once.

please let your staff know to take off their shoes when they clean the house!

Cleaning person was very kind and professional and she worked hard. However, she did a very poor job of cleaning and did not clean the rooms in the way that I asked.

The person assigned to me had to reschedule due to ilness and on the rescheduled date tried to reschedule again. I couldn't wait so I had to insist it be done as scheduled.

The service was great, but They are unrelenting when it comes time for payment. I was out of town for the holiday week-end after the cleaning and I must have recieved 6 phone calls in two days. I understand wanting payment but it haden't been even a week and it was over Thanksgiving week-end. Other than an annoying list of messages when I got back, the service was professional and quality.

Shari will be my new cleaning person and we got along right away. I needed much work completed and she worked diligently for 6 hours. I was very pleased with the work overall, but had hoped she would have completed everything that day. Shari will be coming back and we'll see how the service progresses.

Communication between Ann and her cleaners was not good. I relayed everything I wanted done and was asked to set up an appointment with the cleaners. I had to describe again what I wanted to her cleaners, then I called to confirm the appointment (I never received a call to confirm). The cleaning itself was pretty good, but not as good as I would have liked. I found stuff in several of the drawers, which I had specifically asked to be cleaned out. I even found spider webs in several areas, which is another thing I specifically asked to be cleaned out. Maybe my standards are extremely high, but I wasn't super impressed. They also quoted me time that I thought was understated and it turned out to be so. As their service is time based, it made a difference in the cost. They did do a good job with the garage though. That part I specifically added on and was happy with the result there.
