I did talk to this person and told her I would talk to the tech that did the job and it was reported to me that the fact that the extremely behind conditions of the home and that the mental state of the client was very unstable made an already difficult situation even more difficult. She was not receiving the fact that we could not just wait for the self cleaning oven to cool off before wiping it out without having to charge her for the time. The client completely misrepresented the cleanliness state to me and the tech before we arrived, which would have been o.k. if she would have been willing to pay for the time necessary to clean. It also is never necessary to climb into an oven to clean it.
