Owner sent an untrained, inexperienced 'housekeeper' for simple cleaning. The woman failed repeatedly to follow simple instructions. She did not know how to clean. We contacted owner to ask for a different person. She was rude, blamed us for not knowing how to direct her employee. We then terminated her. I do not recommend this company. The owner is rude and abrasive. Very unsatisfactory experience.

I am sorry for this persons bad experience. The tech sent was a very nice person that I was trying to help. I should have terminated her sooner than later, but kept trying to help her. At this time,a relative was severally injured and in level one trauma care and I was not as patient with this customer as I should have been for sure.

The 4 star rating is only given because a few minor details were forgotten. This was Jessica's first visit and she was wonderful. I believe the minor details will be covered in next visit now that she is acquainted with my mother's home. Can't say enough good things for promptness of owners initial call back, her willingness to thoroughly describe what to expect, and her willingness for feedback. Jessica was terrific. A hard worker in a new setting!

She did a great job cleaning. What i love most is that if we continue to use this service on a regular basis we get the same person assigned to our house. there is something very comforting about this. we are excited for her to come back!

I wanted 3 bathrooms cleaned - she did a great job cleaning toilets, sinks, tub/showers but anything outside of that was not cleaned, like floors, outside of shower, etc...so I guess I didn't know how specific I needed to be about what was to be cleaned. I assumed cleaning the bathrooms meant cleaning the whole bathroom but apparently not. She was very nice, prompt and did a good job cleaning what she cleaned.

Condition of project can predict time and money spent. Sometimes the client is limited to a specific budget and you have to stick with that. Of course the whole bathroom is usually cleaned, we would hope that next time we would be able to do the whole job.
