Fixed Water Heater: This company is affordable and good a what they do. The rep over the phone was awesome & made it a very easy process. The technician came out and did a wonderful job. I didn'tt realize that they didn;t take credit cards thru the tech so they ended up billing me and I was able to call in and make my payment with out any problem. So they actually worked with me on that. So with that said, YES I would surly use them again. Great quality work and customer service from the office to the technician.

Richard was a true professional. He talked with me about next steps if the flush didn t fix the problem, but was confident it would. I was impressed with his knowledge and easy manner, and that he s been with the company 15 years.

Do not use this company. First, they lied to me for free estimation then charged me anyway. Then they only did 5 minutes caulking work charged me total $179. We have been tricked and robbed.

I contacted Raleigh Plumbing and Heating to replace the garbage disposal and replace parts in the toilet tank. Eduardo did a thorough job in a timely manner. I am asking them to come back when I redo my bathroom so they can look at any pieces in the plumbing that needs repair.

Very responsive, called to inform me of their arrival time. Work was completed in a timely manner and the plumber cleaned up and went over the installation and operating instructions of the new hot water recirculating pump. Would definitely recommend them.
