Jerry and Ryan were our mover team and they were excellent! Very professional and got the items moved in a timely manner while being sure to protect each piece. We’ll be using them again!

Unfortunately the crew did not do a walk through at the end so forgot to put things in their place that I had requested and did not put a desk back together. They werent careful when carrying in piano and cracked floor tile that I am now responsible for paying for repairs. And they stole from me. I had a Mag Flashlight, an expensive and sturdy light, was stolen out of my tool box. The owner, James, was pleasant to communicate with but has thieves on one of his crews. Cannot be trusted.

Many problems with this move. I have move a dozen times throughout my adult life, so have worked with many moving companies. This group seemed very amateur compared to larger moving companies. Hired Ramos to pack and move across town. Team members were very pleasant. Packers worked slowly, which is a problem when paying hourly rate. Movers arrived 2 hours late so finally started loading around 10:30am. Didn't finish move until 11pm. Some items moving to new location and some to storage. Clearly marked on all boxes where to deliver. Movers didn't pay attention to this direction so about 2 dozen items went to wrong place. Would have left many items at old location had I not continued to direct them to keep loading. Also, during initial walk through, I clearly requested special packaging and attention to an over-sized mirror and 110 movie projection screen. Movers were not prepared to crate properly and had to reschedule screen to be moved 2 days later. Actual final charge was almost $1000 higher than estimate. Again, very nice people but would not recommend.
