I felt they are honest, hard working men we can trust. They are polite and friendly also. My old place was condo unit on third floor, so I had a little problem. While moving out furniture, the ceiling panels were damaged, and the dirt from potting plants was left in elevator, so I got complaint and fined by condo HOA, the next day. But it was part my fault, I should warn about them to the movers. Also, one closet was forgotten and still had stuff left inside, so I moved them by myself later, but this kind of thing happens all time. Over all, it was not so bad of an experience.

The team they sent out, Bruce, David, and James were professional, efficient and hard working. The move was done quickly and with no problems. Would suggest they carry boxes in case the client is short in their estimate and charge a nominal fee. This company is truly a winner.

I would definitely use this company again!! They only unloaded a truck that we drove from New Mexico to move my Nephew and his family, who is leaving the Air Force. The guys showed up and got right to work and even followed us over to a storage facility close by and unloaded there! They were all very professional and courteous and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a moving company, or just to load and unload your truck! Thank you Ramos Pack and Move for taking the stress out of our move!!

I would not recommend this company. Be aware that you will be doing a lot of work yourself. We laid down our own protective runners so flooring would not get dirty. I was made aware they do not have mattress protectors, so I purchased 4 so our mattresses would not get soiled or rained on. I was made aware they do not move flat screen tvs. So that was an item we knew we had to deal with on our own. I was made aware they do not touch water lines. So my husband and I had to deal with disconnecting and reconnecting refridgerators and washers from house to house. As movers loaded the truck we had to stop them and ask if they had shrink wrap and blankets because they were just loading furnuture without protecting it. The truck they brought was not sufficient for the move. We had to rent a U Haul and move items that were left behind, that we did not know they did not load. They stacked heavy boxes on top of less heavy boxes therefore crushing items. They unloaded garage items in a nonsensible way, pinning items that common sense should tell you to not to block or pin in by, again, very heavy items. My husband spent hours rearranging the garage. We spent money on an additional U Haul, paper and plastic floor covering for protection at both houses, and mattress covers. Overall I could have gotten the same quality work from day laborers. These are not PROFESSIONALS. They were late. They barely spoke except when we stopped them to explain or correct what was happening. They were in a hurry. They did not handle items with care. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the job was done as opposed to not done at all. Call a professional. Or move yourself. Either way you will get better results.
Response by Ramos Pack and Move, LLC: Customers have a right to express how they feel and I support that. However, there are statements in this review that are not factual. The customer had previously rented a U-Haul before the team ever showed up because they expressed their desire to move their four fish tanks with rescued turtles, this was part of what was discussed when we scheduled the move. It is not true that they had to get a U-Haul because the team couldn't get the job done. My team did leave behind a BBQ grill, and that is our fault. We own this. I spent an hour during a free in-home consultation answering questions and concerns as well as clarifying what services we can provide and what services we don't. The customer was well informed. I was always open and honest and never committed to anything we couldn't do. The customer told me her husband would disconnect fridge waterline, even though we can help with this task as well as disconnecting washer/dryer. The team is trained to work with a sense of urgency. The team members tend to be shy, but that should not be misinterpreted for anything else. The team did handle items with care. When unloading the garage items it was decided in partnership with customer to unloading quickly versus organizing the garage, this was to save time, as this was the main priority of the customer...saving time to save money. The team was willing to do more at the customer's request, but the customer decided to focus on just moving items vs moving and organizing. The estimated time was at 8 hours, the team did it in 5.5 hours. This is a case where the customer regrets not fully utilizing the team, which resulted in the customer being surprised by how much workload they took on that my team could have easily done for them. There is a lot that the team got right that we are not getting credit for. The customer tipped the team at the end of the move. There is room for improvement, and things we could have done better. The team could have done a final walk-through to ensure nothing was left behind. This is a fair call-out. We were late due to bad weather and traffic, this happens sometimes...but no excuse. we own this one too. Moving is stressful no matter how much you plan. Hiring a moving company does not eliminate the stress of moving and the customer needs to provide direction as to where to place items. Sometimes one spouse says one thing and the other spouse says another. Moving requires constant good communication and good partnership from both parties - customer and moving company. We own that fact that we could have done better in that respect. I have already spent time revisiting the importance of communication with all my team members. We treat all feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve. No one is perfect, but we strive to be. If anyone has questions about this negative review or others please feel free to ask.
