Very professional and knowledgeable. I did not, however, completely agree with his concluded appraisal. I felt it should be higher. His appraisal now is at the value given by Redfin. A year ago, I believe it could have been set higher.

I hired Randy for an estate appraisal. Throughout the process, he was professional, knowledgeable, very responsive and personable. I particularly appreciated how Randy listened to my concerns and issues and was willing to work to meet my needs, effectively and efficiently. After my initial contact with him, he willingly communicated with me by phone several times, patiently answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the scope of the work. Once we agreed to begin, he responded right away, was thorough in finding comparable, and completed the appraisal report quickly. His cost for the appraisal was fair. Randy was responsible, dependable, and followed through completely. I highly recommend Randy M. Sonns Appraisals

Randy was extremely prompt and asked questions in the initial phone call that the others did not ask. His report was FAST and THOROUGH. He obviously knows what he's doing. When I read the report (you should read your report no matter who prepares it) here were a couple of minor corrections needed which he corrected right away. Overall an excellent experience with Randy.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
