Plumber replaced an 18 year old water heater. He was knowledgeable about the new codes. He was polite and efficient. The quoted price for the job was reasonable. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

The team was very professional from beginning to end. They explained the work and answered all questions. They were very accommodating plus provided assurance. The work was done on time and exceed expectation. Overall a good experience.

Caused an electrical problem and said I needed an electrician. Did not have the problem before. Don’t use this company.
Response by Ray Stovall Plumbing: Ms Gesile I understand you are having problems with your Electricity .When the technician removed the Garbage disposal he explained to you at the time that you needed to get an electrician to remove the switch . He also explained to you that we are plumbers and not electricians and that is why you will need to call an Electrician .You told the Plumber you didnt want to call an electrician that you would just not touch the switch When you called into the office you said out of habit you keep hitting the switch and popping the breaker . You called about a leak under the sink so we sent the plumber back out there the same day to see what the issue was and you wanted him to fix your Electricity . If you have ANY problems with our plumbing work we will be happy to stand by our warranty ..For any electrical issues you will need to call an electrician .
