Reardon, Reardon HVAC is a locally owned third generation family business with over 60 years of experience in the sales and service of high quality heating and air conditioning systems that deliver comfort and piece of mind with low cost of ownership. Reardon HVAC is able to handle jobs from large to small. Whether its changing filters for preventative maintenance or installing entire heating and air conditioning systems in large commercial buildings we have the tools and experience to get the job done right. Bill Reardon was extremely prompt to my request for service to my Central Air Conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he began with the basic cleaning of the unit and changed the filter. He then changed the capacitor and replaced the thermostat. Diagnosing and repairs took about 3 hours. It was so awesome to do business with an honest and hard working man !

I have three thermostats, Chris came to run the c wire for two of them which worked, but he changed the wire for the third one which caused no power on the wire any more. So I called Chris who said would come back to check the problem. Then he stopped answering the phone call and text messages. So I went to their office, Tom (Chris' father) who's the owner, promised to come and it took about two weeks for him to come by. But he didn't know how Chris changed the wire, so he said he would check with Chris. But until know still no response. It's almost three weeks without heat in my kitchen and dining area. Would not recommend them at all.

I called on the hottest day of the year for a failed AC unit and was told a tech could meet me in 20 minutes. Tom showed up on time with a smile on his face, identified the problem,and had the unit repaired and running in no time. This is how a service call should go ! Would recommend to anyone looking for honest professional work.

Talked over the phone that service fee will be included in the final amount before decided to hire them, but he won't honor it after job was done. Ended up being charged the final price plus the service fee, both are not cheap. So disappointed with their service.

Service is spectacular and their demeanor and attitude is refreshing. They don't make you feel stupid when there is an issue...they just come and correct the problem with professionalism. Thanks!
