Red Rock Clean Air

My father (aged 79) was victimized by a company that claims to offer services cleaning heater vents in peoples homes. Most companies that clean vents will do something like $100 for the base, and then about $9 for each vent. So, most people grumble about a 200 or 300 dollar bill. This company charged $149 per vent, plus thousands of extra worthless things like a spray for mold in the vents for wildly inflated amounts and $1.600 for a UV light. The total bill was $4,100. My father could not see the bill, he thought it was $400. Nor could he read the fine print, which said that the work had been done satisfactorily when it had not been done at all. They even claimed that there was pet hair in a house that has never had pets. They charged his card immediately, have not installed the UV light. They have targeted and scammed the elderly, it is heartbreaking to see the elderly abused like this.

Hired to clean my air ducts. I have had other companies do this over the years and never had complaints until Red Rock. The method they used was unacceptable and the results were minimal at best, not to mention the price was outrageous. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Total ripoff.

If it would let me rate Zero I would! I hired This company to come clean my dryer vent. First guy said he needed us to fix a section before he could clean it. We repaired the section and called them to come again. The guy who came the second time spent two minutes in the laundry room took the check and left. Guess what?! It wasn t cleaned! Scammed!

went the extra mile to help me with my allergy issues stemming from dirty ducts. Left my house cleaner than when he came. Will definitely hire again.

Technician from Wasatch Air was courteous, prompt, and diligent. He showed me a photo of the cleaned inside of my dryer vent. His name was not on the business card so can t address him by name. I would definitely hire Wasatch Air again.

Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents The work done was thorough and excellent. Good clean up and finish work. They were great to work with. The price seemed very high for this first cleaning and full service, and that was not clear when I first called them. Repeat cleanings in the future (which will now be less work) are guaranteed to be more as I expected.

Very polite man explained just what he was going to do....

He was very informative about the vents. He took before & after pictures to show the vents and accommodating with our schedule.

It takes 3 - 4 hours to complete. If they find something bad, it will cost a lot more than anticipated but glad I had it done.

Matt was very thorough in cleaning my ducts taking his time to ensure each was very clean showing me before and after pictures.

They did a thorough inspection and did a good job.. the price was a little expensive than i thought.

Peyton came alone one day and with an assistant (I didn't catch here name) another day. They were great. Our system is very clean and running smoothly now.

Bad follow through. Created a problem with leaking water in laundry room and still to date have not responded to my email or phone call to even attempt to rectify.

He and another young man came and put shoe covers on at our request. They took their time and were very thorough with the cleaning. They put everything back. He fixed a vent improperly installed by another company.

Austin with Wasatch Front Clean Air was great to work with. He was on time and completed the work as expected without a mess left behind. The price quoted to me was exactly what I paid. No surprises.

The only thing I would recommend would be a little more transparency with the cost evaluation.
