Write a ReviewHe called Pryor to arriving, Was on time. Described what was needed for the repair and the price. Was efficient and my dryer was repaired quite quickly.
They robbed us blind. They explained their $120 service fee for showing up, which would be credited towards the work if we agreed. Instead, they charged us $189 for an hour worth of labor and $100 for a part you can find anywhere for $40. My wife and I really regretted going along with it, but we were desperate to get our dishwasher back again. I called them the day after to thank them for their work and to get a better understanding of why it cost so much. I knew they already did they work and I didn't have a leg to stand on, but I was hoping they could give me a reasonable explanation that made me feel better about the large bill. Unfortunately, they were completely defensive and unsympathetic. We have had dozens of companies service our house over the years, and this is the first one to make me fill out a public complaint. This clearly isn't the way to treat your customers, especially if you hope to get future or repeat business. PS - their $120 service fee was much higher than all the other Home Advisor prospects.

Hired them to repair a Kenmore refrigerator, Informed me it was a $90. service call and that would be deducted from the repair cost. Repairman told me the fridge was a label of Kenmore but actually made by LGHe proceed to take the applicance apart and diagnose the issue. Upon finding the issue (bad compressor) then he is not authorized to work on LG refrigerators by LG and therefore could not do the repair but I was still charged the $90.
I am sorry you feel you had a negative experience with our technician. Refrigerator was diagnosed as having a faulty compressor. We informed you that your brand unit was having issues with the compressor and you might be covered under the manufacturer extended warranty, ultimately saving you the repair cost. We are committed to providing fair and reasonable information to our customers. The $90 service charge was carefully explained before the app't was scheduled. If the repair was not completed the service charge covered travel/diagnosis time. Our tech did diagnosis the problem and offered a solution through the manufacturer, as that manufacturer does not authorize technicians (other than their techs) to repair their appliances. We hope you keep us in mind for future repairs. Reliable Home Appliance.
Expensive but does UR project faster and do excellent job
John and Mike were courteous, on time and efficient in repairing my washing machine. I would highly recommend them.
Cost to replace a dishwasher fuse was exorbitant at $176(charge to come and labor) was under the impression that it would be much less to come and provide estimate and fix such a simple problem that took 10 minutes.
very clean, good attitude, clear estimate great pro!
They were responsive and fairly priced.
Called ahead & came on time. The leak was explained clearly. Worked fast & was neat. Would call John again.
