Project Manager was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He explained the process, the warranty, and set up a quick turn-around. The installers were great and property was left debris-free. I also appreciated that the manager showed photos of before and after roof maintenance.

Considering their steep price, I was expecting a better service specially on the extra ventilation needed for my attic. They offered me to install a special ridge vents as an ultimate system to cool down the attic plus their special shingles made with high tech material to help decrease the heat. After the work was done, the heat in the attic was even higher compared to what it was before the roof replacement. I complained and requested a solution plus other minor works that were offered on their scope of work and did not complete when the new roof was installed. They offered me to install either solar vents which were way expensive or air vents wich was the most affordable option. Either ways, they did not assume their failure on resolving this issue for they do not offer extra vents to clients (that was their excuse) despite of I warned them that other roofing companies offered me solar vents included in their scope of work at no extra cost. I was cut off because of the contract I signed, so I had to assume my rush decision made when they offered me their premium service. At the end, I had to request an extra service and paid extra money for the new vents requested. To me, this is not fair to clients! interest and they are lacking responsibility considering, as I mentioned before, their steep price because they claim and advertise themselves as a premium roofing company. That is why I do not recommend this company. Very expensive and high prices ever seen for the same service offered by their competitors. By the way, yet they have not sent their 50 years certificate of warranty for my new roof. They said I have to wait 30 days to receive this certificate. Really?. This is something I cannot believe my ears.

Great company. Best warranty. They offer quality work and communicate well. Project managers, Anthony and George were very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked out the best price for my budget. Even though they were extremely booked, Anthony worked hard to get my roof done in 24 hours before I had an even bigger problem.

Project Managers arrived; reviewed work; and explained thoroughly what was proposed to fix my 10’ x 30’ section of damaged roof section. Quoted a very fair price and provided guarantees to back up pricing. I agreed, signed contract on Tuesday. Work crew arrived Wednesday morning. Torn off everything right down to plywood layer. Placed many layers of protection onto area and finished with matching shingles. Total work finished in about 3 hours. Amazing experience. Quality company, outstanding professionalism of Mangers, work crew well trained, materials top notch. 50 yr warranty on the job.

Best value for my money. He was half the price and took care of my issue within 24 hours. Super nice person and great work!
