Write a ReviewWas a great service by all the experts, and also a good pricing.
Today we had a consultation appointment with Aaron F. He was very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to our situation. My wife and were so pleased at his presentation that we have decided to accept the deal he presented to us on behalf of Kohler and Remodel USA.
This is my experience with Remodel USA. Iâ d give no stars if I could. Contracted whole bathroom renovation seamless shower system that would take 2 days to complete. Started project on January 13, 2023. As of this review on February 11, 2023, itâ s still not complete. The work site was looked over during the sale. Seamless system sold to me, it could not be installed per their contractor. We let them cut it down and change design slightly to try and make installation work but seamless wall would not fit. We asked for refund. They refused and pushed other options on us. Threatening to tie our deposit up in the legal system. Sales Representative looked over the site. Took measurements then Sold us a system they knew couldnâ t be installed. Then pushed us into a secondary contract that changed the seamless system to a locker wall system. Basically recessed shelves. This was after they ripped everything out of my bathroom and left me with just 4 walls. The workmanship is poor. The locker / shelf system was installed wrong. The shelves didnâ t fit. Conversations with company representatives keeps being twisted. Locker was supposed to be redone Monday Feb. 13. It was cancelled by them. Contractor couldnâ t make it to my home. Reset for today February 17. I took off work again due to working nights. Contractor doesnâ t speak clear English. I was pointing out issues they needed to address. Contractor told me to go sit down in broken English. After multiple issues over the course of the job, I had to remind him that this was my home. My tone must of upset him and he just left. Job still not done. The lack of respect for me and my home is appalling. My family was present and witnessed this. Contacted VP and he of course over talked me and sided with his worker saying I yelled at them. Totally ignoring the fact that this is my home. Not a project or sale. If you make the mistake of using them. Make sure everything you want them to do is written in the contract. MAKE SURE itâ s noted that if they can not due the job you contracted. You get all your money back. Itâ s your bathroom not theirs. I could not afford to lose my deposit or get another contractor to do the job because they had my money. They strong armed me into the secondary contract. They could not provide the service they sold. I know I would have won in court to get my money back but remember, I now have no bathroom. Court could take months to settle. I tried to give a very detailed review of my experience but they do not give enough room so I had to cut it short! PLEASE BEWARE. Listen how the VP talks to me in this recording of our conversation as I plea for them to complete my bathroom!! I updated this for you to get a better picture of what my wife and I ( the customer) are going threw. Would you be upset if this was you and your home!? Then you call the companies VP to get help and resolution and he talks to you like this and doesnâ t even want to hear you out! I can only pray that this is not the norm for this company and others havenâ t had to go threw this. Only allowed 30 second clip of how I was talked down to by VP. There has been no hoops jumped threw to get this job done for me and done right. Contractor comes late and left off job for hours every day to quote get supply. Workmen ship is horrible. I paid a lot of money for this and they donâ t think anyone in this same situation wonâ t get upset. VP is very disrespectful Look at the photos listen to the clip. I wish they allowed more then 30 second clip. Photos just taken today if your wondering. This is one way I can protect others. Their demeanor changed after negative review. Not so friendly. They got my money so trust me! Iâ m being nice. Contractor coming back out again on 2-20-23! Remember this was sold as a two day project. No reason for me to be upset! Right? I hope I can update this as done then. See photos and clip on google reviews.

Wonderful design and fantastic installation team. My completed kitchen remodel was done within 3 weeks.
Me and mom had 3 showers taken out and replaced with the luck-stone material for $59k. paid 20 k down and rest upon completion. job went pretty smoothly once materials were finally procured and a finish by date was set. They are okay, you cannot use any kind of suction cup devices on them, the little shelves fall out easily with contact, and no water pressure with the hydrofoil, we got 3 of them. pretty nice shower though and look great with the glass doors. the week or so before job began a salesman talked her into a walk in tub job for $29k and she gave him $5k down on it and we were at work at the time this happened. so toward the end of job when replacing the last shower the crew knew of upcoming job and removed the old garden tub. The evening Mom also had to finance the 2nd job. The night they finished 1st job and we wrote the check about 4 hours later my mom passed away at 1234 am. I found her on October 1st 2022. Worse day of my life. When I saw the finances etc I called remodel and cancelled the upcoming job as no need for it now and money not there for it. They sent their rep Michael Schuman who was very cordial and sympathetic and assured us there was no issue canceling as finance Co has no meat in it until completion paper is sign and assured us that the VP and President if this company already approved a refund it would be a matter of how much based on any work already done toward it. Which would only be an hour or two max for 2 or 3 men, and 2 water line caps. Michael also assured us that no materials nor the tub had actually been ordered yet and don't let anyone at the office try to tell us that. After a month of unanswered calls and messages I finally got the VP on the phone and he did exactly that, which I had accepted at the time as I didn't remember him saying that until my wife reminded me 10 jingles after the call and I told her about him saying that the costs They incurred by ordering a tub they cannot sell and materials left $1,400 as the refund. well after reviewing some Blink and Arlo clips from different angles and listening to what Michael was telling us made me remember he did say all that. so I began messaging this VP and sent him a couple clips and he has not responded as of yet and I left another message on his voice mail to call me. Nor did his office send the next day an email with a release form for the $1,400 as he promised would happen. of course that amount is not acceptable now as cannot be more than 300 to 600 of labor that was done toward next job. I hope he is not trying to keep a dead woman's money for a job that is not being done, and that he has simply been misinformed on the ordering of the materials and doesn't have someone in his company stealing from him. Either way, this should not be so difficult. They are the last company and piece of business dealing with my mother's affairs and the only one that has not done the right thing right away. very upset here but will not be me on judgment day has to deal with it. I have filed BBB complaint and just don't know what else to at the moment especially when no one talks to you or ever returns your calls. We should've listened to all the reviews in the beginning. Any suggestions where to go or what to do next would be appreciated.
didn't complete the job
Excellent
Thanks!
They have very good support!
