I received estimates from several roofing companies before choosing Renaissance Roofing. While not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), Nathan patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel confident from the start that they would do a great job. I had to wait several months for them to begin work, (not surprising that they're in such high demand!) and I had some anxiety about reroofing during the rainy season. But Nathan alleviated my concerns, and yes, in fact, it did start raining hard on the last day of the job, but I felt sorry for the guys up there on the roof in the wind and rain and was not at all worried about the roof, itself. From choosing the color of the shingles and coordinating the installation of chimney flashing with my masonry contractor to making sure everything was perfect at the end of the job, the communication was spectacular. The crew was professional, friendly, and thoughtful and not only did a great job on the roof, which looks beautiful, but with cleanup, as well. Highly recommend!

Renaissance roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. I am completely satisfied. They went above and beyond to work me into the schedule and complete the work.

They replaced my entire roof. Also repaired my chimney encasement which was falling apart while they were up there. Very organized. I tend to keep an eye on people when they work at my home, and I was impressed with what I witnessed. Great group or workers, who worked well and laughed together all day. They even went around with magnets and picked up EVERY bit of metal and nails from around the yard EVERY DAY before the left. My roof only took 2 days to finish, but that really stood out to me. It wasn't a huge job, but they really did right by me. I would recommend them highly, and already have done so. I did shop around a bit, but I feel like I get the best quality for my money with Renaissance Roofing.

Everybody was professional, they cleaned up well, they were careful around plants and decking and everybody was great people.

I think he did a really good job and I am going to hire him on another roofing project.
