Service was great but the repair scheduling wasnt determined until the day before and they had to reschedule the initial estimate visit. It made working around my work schedule less easy on my side as their hours overlapped with mine.

Marc, provided us with a comprehensive estimate and discussed the things that both needed to be done and what potentially needed to be done. The price for the job was reasonably priced (we got 4 estimates in total). The crew showed up promptly and the crew foreman (Brandon) was very professional, courteous and kept me informed of what to expect. Additionally, the crew did a great job of cleaning up after finishing. I made 3 laps around the house afterwards and could hold everything I found in one hand. I'm very satisfied with Renner Brothers and would not hesitate to use them again.

Prompt, Polite and reasonably priced. The job was to repair a couple of broken shutters, however the technician checked the entire roof and fixed couple of minor issues before they would become a bigger issue. Very Happy with this company. I highly recommend!

Through HomeAdvisor, on August 19th 2016 I contacted Renner Bros. Inc. to repair our leaking roof. Mr. Dale Climer from Renner Bros. Inc. came out. I explained to him that I have an Owens Corning tile "Mira Vista Slate" roof system and I also have the factory recommended repair procedure. He inspected the roof on the second story of the house and he found two tiles with hairline fractures. Mr. Climer told me he does not need the factory instructions and will be able to make the repairs. I also asked him to fasten 12 window shutters on the house. I had 12 spare roof tiles for the repair. I gave my ok. to start the repair. The following days a worker came out from the company and started the repair, he was not familiar with the roof system. I explained to him that the roof is very delicate and I have (2) 2x8 carpet covered plywood platforms to distribute the weight when He walked on the roof, to prevent damage to the tiles. He used the platform to fasten the window shutters on the house but not when repairing the roof. He ended up eventually using all the tiles I had. He took pictures of the repair with his phone camera. I asked him to send me a copy to my e-mail, I never received it. On September 8th 2016, I paid $644.00 with a check for the repairs. After the first rain the roof still was leaking. The same worker came out for more repair. The roof was leaking more. The third-time Mr. Climer came out, I told him all the tiles were used, he apologized. He positioned sheet aluminum pieces under the tile joints to prevent the leakage and he said it should work. The roof is still leaking. Until this Thanksgiving, I called Mr. Climer every day, leaving him messages, he never called me back. I think, regarding tile roof, Renner Bros. Inc. is utterly incompetent and untrustworthy.
