Our General Contractor Mike did an outstanding job in our big house remodel. He was very precise in selecting all workers and was constantly following up to make sure the project was completed on time and in perfect order. I would definitely hire Mike again for our next house projects.

We hired Mike Farid with Renomerica to do a full remodel of 3 bathrooms. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the initial consultation through the finished product, he was ultra professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly & fun to work with! His work is top-notch & his number one concern & priority is having happy customers! There were a few instances where we changed our mind on a material or design feature mid-project, and he was always understanding & amenable to making changes saying that our happiness was his number one concern. We agreed on a budget before the project began & there were never any issues staying on budget through to the end. Mike told us he would always be there should anything go wrong and to call anytime if we needed anything. Almost a year after the project was completed, we had an issue getting hot water in one of the showers. We texted him & he was over within a day & fixed the problem. We are incredibly happy with all 3 of our new bathrooms & I would highly recommend Mike & Renomerica for any bathroom remodeling or renovation needs.

Mike is an amazing person! He came in with a cheerful attitude, bright and open, willing to share all of his experience. This opened the door for many wonderful conversations and took us from doing one bathroom to all of our bathrooms +3 kitchen installations with reconfigurations, he was so kind to walk me through the entire thing, met me at floor and decor to pick out my tiles and bathroom base tiles. Made sure everything went together nicely along with my new sink area. He brought me beautiful fixture samples. Explained to me how the life of them makes a difference in the brand that you choose of which he had some from every good maker so you donâ t even have to go seek and find. He brought tiles and ideas to the table I didnâ t even think of. For all of the decisions. I couldnâ t make from the comfort of my very own home he met me at floor and decor, and we picked all of the rest of it out. From then on, he managed all of the ordering delivery additional contractors from start to finish and never bothered me for payment. What an amazing job Mike with Renomerica does! He doesnâ t have a show room, but he sure does bring it right to you! And this keeps the cost much more competitive and transparent than all the others. He keeps his job site clean, and a friendly, smiling face greets you every time he shows up for the day! I highly recommend Mike and his trust ability. When youâ re doing a project or should I say multiple projects, Mike, is your guy. He knows his stuff he gets it done quickly and he does what he says. He keeps the job site clean and makes sure everything is happening according to plan and in a timely manner. And by that I mean, fast! We didnâ t have to move out because our kitchen was being remodeled because he was so efficient. We even took out a wall to open up the kitchen. And that my friends is worth every penny tile! Pun intended. After the first job, I couldnâ t find anyone with better qualifications, so I kept hiring him. You canâ t beat the wonderful combination of speed, quality and price!

Our shower was showing water damage and needed to be renovated sooner than we had planned. We got quotes from several pros, most of them far higher than we could possibly afford. Mike was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work within our limited budget. His team demolished the old shower and leaky plastic floor pan. They built a new shower floor from the ground up. Now we have a beautiful custom shower, tiled from floor to ceiling. If ever decide to remodel the other bathroom, we will definitely call Mike again.
