Unfortunately, I had a problem with a swale between my house roof and my porch roof which led to rain running down the inside walls from the swale. I contacted this individual multiple times and was given multiple reassurances that someone would come out and check. NO ONE EVER CAME. I called from different phones numbers as this became the only way to get someone to answer the phone. I left MULTIPLE messages. All I was requesting was someone to come out, take a look, and either correct the problem or tell me how much I would be charged to correct it. NEVER GIVEN THE COURTESY OF ANY FURTHER CONTACT. AVOID THIS ROOFER.

Everything about working with The Roof Guy was a pleasure. The owner, Gary Lidard, is a wonderful, dedicated guy who delivers great customer service and results. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. I recommend The Roof Guy very highly. You won't be disappointed!
